GENERAL INFORMATION
EVENT SUMMARY
This two-day event takes place in the Spring of even numbered years and consists of a conference program addressing the electrocoating process and technology presented through case studies and technical presentations. Attendees have an extensive opportunity to expand their e-coat knowledge and interact with the world's foremost experts. Exhibit Rooms open in the afternoon to facilitate interaction with suppliers of equipment, chemicals, paint, ancillary equipment and finishing applications.
Whether you've been in the e-coat business for 10 days or 10 years, you will find a wide range of information and networking opportunities to meet your needs.

Ideally situated on Orlando's famous International Drive, The Rosen Centre offers comprehensive, in-house solutions to any group's meeting needs. Room Rates: $149 - Rate is valid for Single/Double occupancy only. A $20.00 fee per person will apply for each additional person*. Club
Level Rooms are available for an additional $40.00 per night.
*A family plan will be applicable - no charge for children ages seventeen (17) and under utilizing existing
bedding.
All room rates noted above are quoted exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, currently 12.5% plus an Orange
County fee currently 1% (this fee is taxable) for a total tax of 13.50%.
Please reserve your room no later than March 1, 2012. Reservations accepted after this date will be at space and rate availability. Please advise the reservationist that you are attending the ELECTROCOAT 2012 Conference.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Mears Transportation provides convenient shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport to The Rosen Centre. The cost is $30 round trip or $19 one-way. Please visit www.mearstransportation.com for more information and to purchase tickets.
EXHIBIT ROOMS
On April 11, supplier companies will set-up and host exhibit rooms to showcase their products and services, including equipment, chemicals, paint, ancillary components, and finishing applications.
