SPONSORSHIPS & ADVERTISING

Electrocoat Association member companies have the opportunity to sponsor part of the Electrocoat Conference. This allows companies to promote themselves in a unique manner, without harming the integrity of the conference.

WHO CAN BE A SPONSOR?
Sponsorship opportunities are limited and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis to Electrocoat Association members only. Non-members are not eligible to become sponsors.

WHAT SPONSORSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE?
Sponsorships are available for the breakfasts, lunches, and a cocktail roundtable discussion held during Electrocoat 2012, April 10-12, 2012.

WHY SHOULD YOUR COMPANY BE A SPONSOR?

EXPOSURE!

All Sponsors will receive the following:

• Recognition in the Conference Registration Brochure (mailed to approximately 30,000 qualified finishing professionals)
• Sponsor signage at the function
• Company listing in the Sponsorship section of the Final Program / Conference Journal
• Banner ad and link on the conference website - new and improved for 2012!
• Special announcement of your company sponsorship during the session preceding the function. Awards Luncheon and Coatings and Cocktails events will receive additional announcement during their events.

Notes:

• Sponsorship contracts should be received by October 15, 2011 for your company to be listed in the Registration Brochure.
• Sponsors must register and pay for at least one person for the full conference.
